We would like you to be a guest at our country home where you wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, take a two-minute walk to the East Branch of the Delaware River, go fishing, canoeing, kayaking or just relax on our spacious porch and enjoy the quiet countryside around you.

We are located right in the heart of the beautiful Catskills Mountains just 15 minutes from Roscoe, New York, the home of Beaverkill River, which is rated among the top fly-fishing rivers in the United States.

Come roast hot dogs and marshmallows at our fire pit and watch the stars and fireflies at night.

We have three rooms available — both newly remodeled. Our rates start at $85 for a single and $95 for a couple. (Alas, no pets allowed!)
